A History of Service to Our Clients
SFMC is a successful professional property management and consulting firm founded in 1996 by George Ellis. He named the company based on his primary objective - "service first". President and co-owner, Kathy Simonovich, is responsible for all company operations and ensures that all employees of SFMC are well trained, capable and empowered to provide the finest management service to our clients.
SFMC provides financial and physical management to Community Associations in Northern Virginia, DC and Maryland. Among the financial services we provide to our clients are assessment collections, vendor payment, payroll service, short and long-term budget preparation and analysis, and investment assistance. For physical property management, we provide contractor procurement and management, architectural and design review management, capital repair and improvements management, bond release consultation and transition consultation. SFMC has grown steadily and presently has over 130 community association clients under contract.
Additionally, we have provided consulting support to attorneys, engineers and developers such as Winchester Homes Inc., Basheer & Edgemoore, Stanley Martin Company, The Williamson Group, WCI Communities, Carr Homes, and other local developers.
SFMC is committed to a long term presence in Northern Virginia by purchasing and constructing a large, efficient and well run management office in 2006. We expect continued growth and expansion throughout the coming years.
