Dues for Fairwoods are assessed monthly at $75.00, and are due on or before the
30th.

Trash for your neighborhood is scheduled to be picked up on Mondays and Thursdays.

Recyclables are scheduled for pickup on Thursdays.

The resale fee for a home in your area is currently $100.00. For more
