Closure FAQ

SFMC would like to apologize for any inconvenience that our closure to the public has caused. We would like to outline the best way to get in touch with us for different types of transactions:

1. ASSESSMENT PAYMENTS – Please mail assessment payments to
   PO Box 66571, Phoenix AZ 85082. Payments may also be dropped off at our drop box outside the front door of our office. To make a payment online, please go to www.sfmcinc.com/login to login to our owner portal.
2. POOL PASS APPLICATIONS – The application can be emailed to sfmcinfo@sfmcinc.com, mailed to 9464 Innovation Dr, Manassas VA 20110, or dropped off at our drop box outside the front door of our office. The pool passes will then be mailed to you.
3. PARKING PASS APPLICATIONS – The application can be emailed to sfmcinfo@sfmcinc.com, mailed to 9464 Innovation Dr, Manassas VA 20110, or dropped off at our drop box outside the front door of our office. The parking passes will then be mailed to you.
4. EXTERIOR MODIFICATION APPLICATIONS – The completed application can be emailed to arcapplications@sfmcinc.com, mailed to 9464 Innovation Dr, Manassas VA 20110, or dropped off at our drop box outside the front door of our office. The approval or denial of the application will then be mailed or emailed to you based on the contact information we have on file.
